^semester break^

THE beginning of a lazy + vain exeat setelah menjawab sumer papers in my final exam! well...nothing was planned for this holiday, just some series to be finished; the vampire diaries, gossip girl, the big bang theory etc. Ted's last paper was a MCQ on the 13th nov, *susah ya amat*. NVM, i can finally have some; i mean ample time to do bunch of stuffs mainly ronggeng with my friends *cepat la balik weyh*. Last nite, me and some of my coursemates *like 13 of us* had a feast at pizza hut. It was late, we only got into it at 9-ish, and our orders came    as soon as the restaurant was about to close for the day. Yang penting, when i was there, mmg byk series of pinggan pecah2 like 4-5 times...mmg sgt neves! nsib baik xde drama murahan berlaku, rugi sgt!! service kt situ mmg LEMbap tahap dewa, kalau hypoglycemia tu mmg da reput badan menunggu makanan!  Anyhow, we had a great time with the food, ohh yaahh, i saw Dr Abu bakar who teaches us ANATOMY walking straightly into carefour *i guess* with his family. Then, i drove my sis's myvi back to IM2 and sent them back *some of them* back to hostel, we couldn't ronggeng that much last night, cause they had a long journey to catch on the next morning. Actually, it's a little bit sad cause we are not going to see each other for a month *pendek kan cuti sem ted*, but we are grateful for it. SO, what ted will be doing in this break, memang wajiblah buku2 akan di simpan jauh2 bagi habuk2 ckit, baru drama....n bile start sem baru kuar dari kotak!!~muahahaah. I have planned some good stuffs for my next semester, hopefully it would help me in my academic. My tutoring class will continue like once a week, *wat duet ckit*. Harap2 result final nie above 3.00 *insyaAllah*...and dpt letter TAHNIAH dari jpa *kalau dpt nk wat frame, significant sgt taw*. That's all for tonite, i want to continue my FRIENDS marathon from season 1 up to season 10, it needs lotsa  energy, sbb tu entry kali nie sgt pendek n perhaps agak lame to certain people...just wait for the next entry..coz ted will tell u guys a story of mine yg sgt me-NEVES-kan..ader unsur2 nafsu sejenis ckit~muahahahaha...love uoollss...

lazy week

YAYYY!!...finally, i have reached  to a very2 (xdela very mane...megadrama jer) free week *this what i call a week!!* the most are only two classes a day..well actually bukan la kelas maner...most of them are lab sessions. let me start with the rainy Monday:

 I woke myself up as late as possible..exactly at 12++...honestly I tried to wake up right before Zohor, but my brain could not stand the dizziness, plus I did not want to swallow Panadol tabs *learn that from mdm. LiLi*. Then, I started my day with a western home made brunch, macam2 aku makan, nasik campur, chocolate, BR and ribena, next i got myself ready for Histology lab which was supposedly to be at 3. I went out early sbb nk menziarah tabung haji *dgn harapan nk menunaikan ibadat haji, tp g update sbb nk withdraw~whooppssiiiee*. lepas da habes, i teros headed my way to UIA la dgn kete kancil yg minyak tinggal secawan jer lagi. On my way to the beloved UIA, secara tidak sengaja aku membeli snacks kt A&W..its float was always tip top the best. Tibe2...awan kumulonimbus dtg berkepul-kepul lepas tros hujan lebat...aku hampir2 nk langgar gen2 merah..nasib baek aku cekap memandu *perlula*..sgt foggy I could hardly see the cars before mine. Alhamdulilah, I sampai uia dgn selamat, tgah2 nk parking kt my fav spot, tibe2 che' (my coursemate)di atas motor nyer told me Histology lab was cancelled...SABOR jerla. Patot nyer nk kansel pon..inform la an hour before it started..nie bile da menangok depan LAB baru nk bitaw. naseb baik ader kelas BM yg setia utk menceriakan hari Isnin ku. SO...to conclude, yesterday was never  a "Monday Blues" for me, or should I call the rainy Monday.

today, my day had a 180 degree turn compared to my Rainy Monday. my Tilawah class started as early 8am, tu pon da kene sound dgn ustaz sbb lambat entered class. Adding to the unfortunateness , ader plak midsem test utk tilawah, obviously sbb neves I screwd up my recitation on Al.-bayyinah which was my first surah..and finally gradually got better on the next two; there i finished my tilawah midsem. disebabkan xde kelas up until 10.30, I straightly returned back home..sebelum smpai my sweet home, I had a detour to gerai nasi lemak and treated my own self with nasi lemak kerang+telur goreng, mmg sedap sbb lame xmakan. I did but mee goreng telur for my mums. Sampai je rumah, I terkurung kt luar rumah sbb I had stupidly left my key dlam rumah so, I ended up having my nasi lemak kt meja luar sambil diperhatikan oleh passers-by. Da habes melantak teros naik keter n meluncur ke UIA balik, sampai sejam seblom tutorial Dr abu bakar started. dalam sejam tu, aku xtaw ape benefit yg telah aku lakukan...sbb mmg xdelah I study walaupon belembang quizzes are coming on the next week~hohohohho. Nyway, kelas dr abu bakar mmg aku fokus sbb nt ader quiz anat yg penuh dgn short-note questions. Then, it was Dr Juliana class on adsorption 1, ader sedikit drama sbb projector auditorium tu mmg tenat+nazak, so..terpakse jadi nomad jap pergi invaded lecture hall 3rd year yg panas, disebabkan kepanasan yg dejuk dr neraka, kiteorg nomad lagi ke lecture hall 4th year, nasib baek dieorg ader attachment. Lepas tu lunch break, sepatotnyer I pergi makan tp, tibe2 terlekat kt auditorium dgn Pidot n Napi..dieoragn study tp aku menjalani operasi menganyam ketupat* dgn ex-skolmate aku tyme skc dulu...gossip cite2 lame. Mase mmg mencemburui kami *uhuk uhuk*...pastu g solat zohor..tibe2 lepas tu perot sgt kebulor..teros g kafe ngan usher. After that, ader kelas Capt. Dr. Amei yg replaced Prof Noriah yg bz sgt konvokesyen kt Induk di Gombak. Kelas die mmg sgt santai n casual, yg penting die pakai Mac book Pro..GLAM sgt. bile die tukar slide to another slide, everybody was like mesmerized with the beauty and swiftness of the slide movement...mmg lepas tu sumer aimed nk beli Apple products including my *my list mmg da saturated dgn Apple gadgets*.  lepas itu kelas pon tamat for that day...so, with what adjective should I label my Tuesday?? xtercapai oleh akal ku la plak..help me guys.~hohohho. lepas tu teros balik n Samsul tumpang aku..n sempat lg kiteorg singgah mingomingo utk menikmati ice-cream...I had two scoops of peppermint n butterscotch *sah2 xsesedap BR kay*.......muahahha...

so, what does Wednesday has in store to offer me...tungggguuuuu!!

this post is about IIUM classes or literally ted's life in here..

AS a starter, I have to take dozens of subjects *drama jer*...you guys no why...sbb IIUM nk kami jd pelajar cemerlang..gemilang..terbilang dgn harapan kami dapat 100% sumer subjects which are PHYSIOLOGY, PHYSICAL PHARMACY, PHARMACY PRACTICE, ANATOMY & HISTOLOGY and ISLAMIC INPUT IN PHARMACY..these are the core subjects for pharm students. As i said earlier...i was forced *chewwahh* or more like obliged to take other required university subjects yg sgt xnampak relation dgn my degree...seperti EAP ( eanglish for academic purposes, lebeyh kurang ESLS la), FARDHU AIN *dlm usaha nk jd ustaz*, TILAWAH *I da terer ngaji taw* and sepatot ARABIC..tp, disebabkan xberape pandai, arabic amek 2nd year la...not forgeting UNGS which is smpai sekarang xpaham apekah yg diajar..HOHOHOHOHO.

sesungguh nye, my first week was a living hell..sbb ted did not know anyone there, but there was a girl, name baliau siti amirah. She claimed to know me from the primary school, die ckap we were in the same std 6 class, 6 mutiara...tp, sgt pelik ted xingat langsung kewujudan beliau~mybe XGLAM sperti ted kot...yerla tyme skolah rendah ndulu, sape2 nk jd kawan ted kene register, interview n ujian bertulis...yg lepas jer yg layak...wakakakakak...but seriously, she helped me a lot to adapt into the IIUM culture. Tyme first week tu  mmg ted la pelajar plg sopan santun, kejalangan itu mmg tidak dpt di-detect lg, I sat at the most front and most left seat, few seats away separated from the other brothers* this is what we call boys in IIUM*. I was as humble as saint....paying my full concentrations to lecturers in front. Few brothers were greeting me, the first was HANAFI NAIP, sgt polite/fake time tu...lol~and others came after that, naqib, nash etc. I tried my best to revise everything in the lectures tp, sgt susah as I was still working as tutor during the night utk menyara kehidupan yg papa kedana ini *drama again*...muahahaha...nyway my tutor income was yummyyyyyyy!! classes are normally beginning as early as 8 or 9 and end at 4 or 5 except on the wednesday which I have to attend night class for EAP from 8 to 11*keji sangat*. More weeks are passing by, and I can finally say that I am at a comfortable level in adapting my IIUM life *perlulah*. I like physical pharm and physiology the most..anatomy is damn too hard to understand, i guess i need a tutor on this particular subject *over ckit*. Assingments, lab reports, presentations are very common here, thanks to AUSMAT that helped me to master the skills needed *promote jap*....my test results are average, some especially sisters are to advanced to beat, whoever scores the highest in the test will be titled as QUEEN or KING.of a subject.

lectures from prof. noriah sgt enjoyable..she likes to use mamat or minah terms when she points at somebody..indeed mule2 die masuk sgt la tkot..sbb muke die cam lioness mencari mangsa utk dilapah, but after some while she is actually a fun person to know. On the other hand, dr. kausar is my fav lecturer for physical pharm, whatever she teaches is easily absorbed by me * no offence to other lecturers*..lol..yg subjects lain plak beser2 jer, so xperlu la di promote die sini. Tido dlm kelas mmg sesuatu yg xdpt dielakkan...mmg sgt ngantok klau kene lecturer yg sesuai + xpaham + kesejukan melampau...mmg sedap belayar diulit mimpi *bukan mimpi basah kay*.....the first year auditorium mmg seronok, tempat duduk sgt comfy cam dlm wayang nk wat tayangan gambar pon sesuai...tp, stkat nie xde org wat lg...xpe2, nt ted wat presentation nk selitkan ckit, trailer utk latest movies...muahahaha. Rutin harian sgt Islamic, sbb everyday ader tazkirah n bacan doa by different persons...setiap hari khamis ader zikir lepas hbes kelas...n jumaat plak, after friday prayer ader tayangang video Islamic *tyme kt SABS n INTEC dulu mmg susah nk jumpe mende2 camnie..uhuhuhu*

Overall, life kt sini mmg sgt hectic *sape suroh wat critical course*....tp, I actually like to be here..sbb duduk kt umah, commute dlm campus pkai kete & boleyh fb tiap2 hari kt umah!! ape2 pon, ted masih dlm proses adaptation and hope everything goes well smpai I graduate.

HARI ini merupakan sejarah (teringat cikgu mahdi) setelah berbulan lame nyer ted tidak menyentoh blog terchenta ini *perlu ke*...nyway, lotsa things had happened to me within the hibernation period and I wished I could compile everything here *sigh*.  Seingat ted, the last time i wrote stuff in here was before i enrolled into IIUM...which was like gazillion years ago...lol...OKE, let me start the ball rolling with my beloved university~IIUM...

IIUM or commonly known among us as UIA...is a public institution having 3 campuses nationwide. Ade kt gombak..yg nie plg besor skalik la sbb obviously it's the main campus, tp, the building are actually built dgn sgt rapat di antara 1 same lain..sgtla lame di situ..sbb the site is big but are not really effectively used...heheheeh, so xleyh la nk merayap jauh2~motif sgt!! they are all in blue with undergo islamization *ader ker word ni?*..i mean, the buildings are based  on Islamic/arabic culture...cantek n besor2 je nampak.

 I was bored to death as the Ta'aruf week started 4 days after my registration on the 29th. sangatlah bongok di situ yea. well..luckily i met Kaede and we were in the same room, ted pdg kaede, kaede plak padang ted..itulah yg berlaku selama 96 jam kami di situ...muahahaah..actually, once we were registered, we went to rumah abang kaede di Bdr. Baru Bangi..I spent my brief two days there, actually I had lotsa fun, his brother treated me so well..I could still remember when Keade & I went out to OLD TOWN *promote jap* just to watch a world cup game between...*xingat the teams already*..nyway, it was great to be there. Then, we headed back to IIUM Gombak, and spent the rest of the free days in our hostel and finally the long awaited Ta'aruf started with some crap briefings, which I did not really whole heartedly listened to them. the Ta'aruf week * it was actually 4 days* went smoothly as I did not attend most of the talks in the hall...wakakkaakaka, this was the part i like the most...on the 2nd day of Ta'aruf I sprained my ankle...lol..tulah pasal, laen kali kalau nk suroh kami2 bangun seawal 5 pagi pihak bertanggungjawab perlu memasang lampu supaya tidak ader kejatuhan berlaku!! Selepas the ta'aruf ended, my ankle pon recovered..ted sgt berdrama tyme itu, actually xde ape2 pon yg terok..just they wanted to make sure, they sent me to the IIUM clinic, and I was firstly analysed with a broken/fractured femur..but i guess it was a false alarm kot, as they did not get back to me after the x-ray. on the 12th july, the Kuantan campus students were sent to the capital of Pahang where they should be at the first  place. The 4 hours journey was awkward as ted did not say any word to the other students sbb xkenal, they were mostly in the Kuliyyah of science whereas ted would be doing Pharmacy. SO, what i did was plugging a pair of earphones into my ears..and started listening to some serenades. 

Once we reached Kuantan,  I felt relief becoz ted finally returned back to my hometown after 2 weeks being away from family yang TERCHENTA. I did all the required registrations, the mahallah and stuffs..I too heard some complaints made by the other students.."panas siot Kuantan nie!"..some said "naperlah UIA nie xprepare anything upon our arrival"...nyway, ted didn't give a damn to those critics...sbb ted was too intoxicated with the fact that L.O.C...a.k.a living off campus!!~ekekeekeke...after everything was completed, I called my dad to pick me up at the front gate which was like 30 miles away from the place I was that time. Mengusung la sumer jenis bags yang ted ader that time to the front main gate...sweats were rollling down my cheeks like tears, nasib baek xde seniors tegor tnye mengapakah daku meneteskan air mata!!~

selepas berjalan ala2 gaya athlete Uganda dlm acara 20km walk sambil mengheret bag Man United yg I baru beli tu, ader la 1 married couple nie stopped and asked ted  nk ke mane, yg penting time tu, ted was wearing songkok perhaps that was the reason why they stopped their Toyota Unser kot...lol. they actually helped to commute me to the front gate yg da sgt dekat da, but I still appreciate their kindness. So, ted waited for secs they my dad came in kelisa, so pulangla ted ke kampung halaman cenderawasih with a new hope as a local pharmacy student.

Actually ted agak penat hari nie sbb during the day I was dealing with my IIUM stuffs....n ronggeng2 ngan member2....muahahah...banyak gossips+dosa dikumpol!!~credit to aseh n sapix!!!! Da2...sekarang ted have chosen few perfumes yg agak SELLING FAST cam pisang goreng..kt kaunter2 Parkson / SaSa / TANGS or even  Isetan *bangge kejap setan2 laknat*. Normally perfume nie dbahagikan kpd EDT (eau de toilette), EDP (eau de parfum) & cologne. EDT nie bau hanyer bertahan utk 6-8 jam sahaja and kebiasaanye perfume lelaki and perempuan pon ader...tetapi bagi EDP (8-10 jam) hanye line for girls jer yang ader...EDP xde utk men's line...yg cologne nie pulak cam beser la...sapu2 kt kulit jer. Then, some are just trials made by popular  celebrities *akak Britney* ader jugak yg first time launch fragrance line macam Dsquared2 and ader jugak yang mmg brand yg mahal smpai beribu *Annick Goutal*....so..sit back & enjoy my piece!! 

1. Juicy Couture Dirty English EDT (50/100 ml):

A mixture of peppered mandarin, blue cypress, black leather, ebony wood, and amber

 musk, which is so suitable utk Summer sb bau die sgt zesty and berempah and also refreshing....bukan refreshing macam bau sabun fruity tu....it gives out bau yg sgt peculiar but authentic...mule2 bau agak berempah *bukan berempah mcam kedai mamak or nasik beriani okay* berempah yg manly smell taw...over the time...it changes to a zesty smell but not so strong. Tema perfume nie adalah the scents of irresistible  bad boys all over the world...da name pon dirty english...mmg aim utk budak2 jahat la...or lagi tepat budak2 jahat english kot...no offence to British..hahahahah. As usual...man's fragrance mmg dtg dlm EDT sahaja no EDP...jgn la duk sibuk tnye org kaunter tu nati.."EDP nyer ader x....sbb I bau mmg busok so nk tahan lg lama"...konpem promoter tu bg Clorox suroh sental badan xpon Detol. Hence bg budak2 muda yg rase2 nakal n at the same time wanting to appear sexy and irrestible to girls or even a guys*oppsss* beli la yang nie...klau 100ml RM370 and RM240 utk 50ml.

2. Euphoria Men Intense Calvin Klein:

Bahan2 asas nyer seperti ginger, pepper, hydroponic sage, oudh wood, vetiver, amber, myrrh and labdanum. Ted pon pakai yang ni...hadiah dari org terchenta*..muahahahah...mule2 pakai tu mmg bau nyer macam perempuan sikit to add to the sexy nyer bau, which essentially coming from ginger and pepper...tp lame2 bau die starts to smell a little manly, by saying this...the strength da bertambah..tp, xdelah obvious sgt. mmg agak fruity mule2, but it goes muskier towards time...and mmg terase sexy la bile spray kt badan. Xpayah sembur smpai habes sebotol sehari...one spray is enuff if you were planning to be in a mall *sbb sejuk, xde peluh sgt* and 2 sprays if berjemur bawah matahari. Sesuai utk modern man and evening wear (dinner and such) Macam beser, hanye terdapat EDT sahaje, harge boleyh dirunding...ekekek...cam kedai bapak ted jer...price  die utk 100ml-RM250 yg 50ml ted xtaw...g serbu SaSa kalau nk taw.

Hah, nie perfume utk lelaki yg suke bau yg authentic+exotic...the notes are Frozen Ginger, Mandarin, Black epper, Lavender, Sage, Violet, Neroli, Star Fruit, Rosemary, Ebony Wood, Patchouli, Amber, Leather, Musk.  Tema perfume nie adelah traditional masculine persona. Jika anda test bau perfume nie...first2 yang anda bau ialah Mandarin which is absolutely refreshing and zesty..so, initially it is strong tp lame2 the lavender smell starts to emerge and followed by amber and yg laen2 tu susah nk detect maybe bancuh pakai ppb (parts per billion kot)~lol...Bau this fragrance sgt unique coz, u guys can generally smell it as a spicy aroma and a little bit of zeasty smell...sgt sesuai utk Summer/Spring season..ala2 segar gituuuhhhh!! Botol die biase jer...xdela menarik..design sgt masculine n sesuai lelaki yg mengalami middle age crisis...hahahah...okeyh, harge die pulak RM235 utk 100ml...

4. Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears:

Line perfume akak Britney kiter nie sumer nyer EDP & utk wanita2 perasan cantek. Campuran Exotic Framboise, black cherry, plum, night orchid, freesia, iris, amber, musk and vanilla mmg menghasilkan bau yg sgt fruity tutty....bau yg manis rase cam nk makan jer...senang citer bau die macam strawberry campur berry2 lain lg...ala2 ice-cream berperisa berries la..sgt manis. Bau mmg mnyegarkan and agak kuat..sesuai utk wanita yg MUDA & FUNKY...*paham2 jerla yg da 40 ke atas*. 1 jer problem die...bau die xberubah sgt...dr the first moment u spray onto your skin...the smell maintain jer sampai berjam-jam...xberubah...so, xberape menarik la sgt...Botol die pon xlawa sgt..macam xikhlas jer akak Britney nie reka...ala2 botol xsiap buat! Bagi yang suke bau2 buah-buahan n manis2 sgt sesuai try yang nie..harge xmahal sgt, perhaps brand nie sgt baru di pasaran...bru 5 tahun seingat ted...dalam RM180-100ml and RM150-50ml~baik beli yg 100ml lg untung...ekekekek...

5. Annick Goutal Petite Che'rie:

Inilah brand (Annick Goutal) yang sangat established dlm penghasilan perfume xkire men or women...sgt mahal + classy, basically it comes from Paris...everything comes from Paris is expensive...tiket flight mahal kot...xpon shipping fee tu mahal ckit...lol...what i like about the Petite Che'rie nie..bau die sgat floral..unique...authentic and mmg susah nk cari yg smer bau dgn brand2 lain...signature la bau die!! Described by Annick  sendiri sbg  "reminiscent of a young girl's cheek that you want to lovingly kiss" ....sampai cam tu skalik nk menggambarkan bau Petite Che'rie nie...asas mixture adalah dari Fruity, floral, musky (pear, peach, musky rose, fresh cut grass, vanilla)....sesuai utk wanita yang inginkan dambaan kasih seorg lelaki...bau yg xstrong but stays long. Botol pon menarik ala2 classic gituuuhh....xdela over mcam brand2 lain tu smpai nk buat bentuk bulan sabitlah...macam2!! harge die jgn cakap la....even EDT 50ml da RM379...klau EDP 100ml RM 700-800...nasib baik Petite Che'rie nie kuar tahun 1998 so murah la ckit..klau yg line yg baru keluar...konpem beribu harge!!~setahun duk makan roti jer jawabnyer!!

SO inilah antara Perfumes yang dapat ted buat reviews utk korg...and these are also the best sellers di Malaysia....bukan ted nak cakap brands lain xbest..tp, these are what Malaysians have chosen. PLuss...if you guys nak carik perfume kene carik yang bau unik, by saying this bukan bau unik yg busok...cari yang unik and best..jarang2 org gune. Sbb kite xnaklah badan kite bau macam teman sekantor kite pulak nt..karang org ckap by one free one...so, pandai2 la buat pilihan....biarlah mahal sekali pon..sebab perfume is a good investment, biaser kalu 100ml tu mmg jenoh nk habeskan dlm setahun...2 thun jugak la kalu nk habes sebotol tu...kalau macam ted prefer beli yg 30 ml or 50 ml the most..sbb ted jenis yg mudah bosan...lepas 6 bulan ted da start searching for new perfume...walaupon perfume lame xhabes lg..ekekekek.....so, hope you guys love this one...~toodlez..

Hoolllaaaaa PEEPS!! So, let me get to the core for this post..this is extremely for those rase2 muke xcantek like Chace Crawford or Queen Rania  semmgnye sangat2 dialukan utk MENGAMATI & MEMAHAMI post ini *termasokla ted sendiri*....bagi yang rase da bersyukur dengan muka anda...boleyh la jugak bace kalau nk touch-up sikit2 flaw atas muka!! Basically, what I'm about to spill out here is something yang common jer..perhaps you guys have read it somewhere on mags or online articles...but, I still have to post this sbb ader org suroh buat pasal kecantikan muka..demi menjaga hati peminat *cheewaaahh* terpakse la ted buat research sikit and add a pinch of my experiences to this post. Green apple dikatakan boleyh interrupt ageing process!! Method die sng jer...just remove the seeds and bahagian tgah tu lepas tu teros campak dalam blender...jgn lupe blender plak eyh!! Tambah dengan sesudu susu and keep blending the mixture. Da agak2 semi-hancur, pupurkan campuran tu atas muke and  let it dry...lepas tu rinse dgn clean water.

2. ORANGE + HONEY:

Campuran orange & honey mmg boleyh menghilangkan kedutan halus dan mengelakkan kesan terbakar pada kulit (hyperpigmentation) kt kulit muka. Care die sng jer Cik Kiah...extract the juice from the orange lepas tu add 2 sudu madu dan seperti biasa pupurkan pada muka anda..tunggu sampai kering at least 30 minutes..lepas tu rinse dgn luke warm water. The best time to apply this mask is before your bedtime. 

3. Albumin/white egg:

Inilah mende yg paling biase org buat untuk tegangkan kulit...and most of the people know about this. Tapi pada saper2 yang blurr2..mari ted terangkan yer...Mula2, asingkan putih telur and pukol putih telur sampai kembang/berbuih. Lepas tu add 2 spoonful of lime juice and kacau hingga sebati. Lepas tu macam biase apply pupur ini ke atas muka anda...*effective kat bahagian leher/neck* dalam 10 minutes or sekurang-kurangnye hingga kering, lepas tu remove the mask with luke warm water...nk tanggal macam tu pon boleyh jugak.

4. Green Grapes:

Yang petua nie mesti korg jarang dengar, ted pon lame xdengar pasal mende nie...maklumlah org jarang nk gune sbb anggur kan mahal...dari tepek kt atas muke baik makan..nak2 yang seedless tu!! Anggur hijau nie sebenarnye anti-oxidant yang kuat...so, sgt bagos utk melambatkan penuaan. Hanya hancurkan anggur nie...macam mild crush gituhhh and sental atas muka...senang citer use macam scrub kt atas muka...tp, kne tinggalkan selama 2o minutes sampai kering...bukan lepas sental teros basuh kay...slah teknik nanti makin berkedut plak Cik Jah kite...muahahaahahah!! kalau boleyh pakai tiap2 hari insyaAllah kedutan akan gradually fade away.

Yang ted tulis kat atas nie sumer nyer petua2 yang homemade jer...utk kecantikan muka. Kat bawah nie pulak ted akan continue dengan penjagaan wajah basically Dos and Don'ts lar...

1. DO apply suitable moisturizer:

BTW, anda kena bijak memilih moisturizer yang sesuai basically non-oily (Clinique, Lab Series, Biotherm and others). Secara asasnye minyak yang dihasilkan oleh kulit adalah 1st line protection utk prevent bacteria, sebab itu sebum dihasilkan atas kulit...oleh itu, jangan biarkan kulit terlalu kering, pastikan moisturiser is being applied once you clean the face and apply the toner/exfoliator lotion/clarifying lotion. Jangan ingat kulit kering xberminyak boleyh prevent acne, sbb acne berpunca dari bacteria, tnpa lapisan pelembap lagi la bacteria berkumpol..pluss kulit kering buat kite susah nk senyum cam ala2 robot ASIMO jer..

2. DO apply sunscreen during the day:

Sunscreen pon penting jugak kalau xnak jadi lebeyh LEGAP dari biasa. Just grab the spf 30 utk yang 3-4 jam di bawah matahari and kalau kerja buroh binaan n still nk kekalkan kulit yg seputih Snow White, kenala apply yg spf 50, if possible cari yang double protection UVA & UVB. UVA mampu menambah kedutan & UVB pulak boleyh membakar kulit or hyperpigmentation kepada kulit anda. Bagi yang kulit berminyak, carilah yang bukan oil-based..da ader bersepah di pasaran (Clinique, Sunplay, Lab Series dll), dan peringatan bagi yang lelaki jgn pergi beli yang MAKE-UP BASED okay...nt...org pandang slack kat anda. Cara paling baik utk apply sunscreen adelah selepas moisturiser, besernye the last step is the sunscreen..apply 15 minutes sebelum keluar rumah supaya betol2 menyerap dalam kulit.

3. DO NOT touch your face, meraba-raba muka pon xboleyh..picit jerawat lagi lar xboleyh!:

FYI, waktu tido mmg kite tidak sedar yang air liur BASI yg kite rembeskan tu melekat pada sarung bantal, air mata, peluh kite..sumer ini meninggalkan byk bakteria, dan lagi ketika kite tido..berjuta sel kulit mati akan melekat pada bantal kite dan boleyh menyebabkan pori2 muke tersumbat dan ditambah lagi dgn kehadiran bakteria2 tadi..lagi la sng muke kiter berjerawat. 5: JANGAN bercukur ketika wajah kering:

Khas utk lelaki, kalau nk bercukor kena pkai pre-shave cream or gel sebelom bercukor jgn sesuka hati cukor pada kulit kering, pluss cari cream or gel yang alcohol-free sbb alcohol mudah mengeringkan kulit and menggalakkan ingrown hair berlaku. Ikotla langkah2 yang betol ketika bercukor sbg basic nyer..shave mengikut arah tumbuh facial hair jgn bertentang sbb ingrown hair sgt mudah terjadi kalau menggunakan teknik ini.

ke-KELAM-an & ke-KABOT-an

Assalamualaikum kamu2....

Today ted nk update sikit pasal my progress in enrolling into IIUM...sangat2 la kelam kabot...da la register on 29th JUNE...which is a week ahead (pluss minus). Tadi pulak baru sampai letter yg *BETOL* dr IIUM, sbb sebelum nie they sent the wrong copy to me which was actually for the international undergrad...siap medical checkup nk test HIV/AIDS...2 medical checkups la kene buat...ROBEK poket ted nk korek duit!!! Then hari nie gak baru siap medical checkup kat AL-FARABI....nasib baik cepat n murah (RM 60)...sbb xde blood test...just urinalysis and x-ray. SO...next monday I'll mail everything to them & hopefully it gets there on time as in before the registration day. Done telling the IIUM's part...now its JPA turn to be the topic...huhuhuhu..nothing much to cry about JPA...credit to the officer...sbb die sgt helpful...and ted really does understand that the department has too many things in its hand....so, kadang2 mmg la lambat sikit utk die handle our part. Pluss...officers JPA sangat mesra...really commit to their jobs..at least walaupon xdapt perjanjian biru tu within the due date...tp, sekurang-kurangnye die bagi approval letter yg JPA akan still support my 4 academic years in IIUM..*relief*...a week to go before I step into the Gombak campus for Ta'aruf week..banyak lagi xsetel nie...kene shop few clothes and necessities (alasan nk shopping) while I am there *get ready peeps*. Harap2..the Lady Luck is with me throughout my years doing my degree!~InsyaAllah...

Ade jugak yang baru dpt wake-up call nak release manbag like Alfred Dunhill, COACH, Burberry dll. Paling obvious skali bile tgok GUCCI SS10 men's collection (mmg salute Frida Giannini)...setiap model wajib ader bag in their hands xkesah la either tote or clutch or briefcase or messenger or holdall or newsboy dll. Well, klau kt tempat omputeh (overseas countries) mmg xde masalah la klau lelaki nk pakai bag, die memegang prinsip *ADER AKU KESAH, mmg bold and brave. If the situation were put in Malaysia...mmg..jangan harap la...sbb malaysian guys mmg jenis yg fashion follower bukan fashion starter!!~oleh mereka memerlukan org lain utk mulakan sesuatu trend and they  feel safe to embrace (xbleyh blah) the trend. BUT, there are still few guys who just know what to do with these bags...& they never go wrong. Tote sgt sesuai utk formal or informal apparels...xkesah nk ke pejabat or beronggeng dgn member...Tote mmg sedia digayakan (cam ayat NONA la plak). Material pulak pelbagai..kanvas ader..kulit ader...pelbagai la...& sesuai digayakan dgn leisure wear.
